Overview

Rutgers–Newark digital signage helps departments and offices share timely announcements, events, and campus information on displays in public areas.

The service is currently transitioning to Rise Vision, a cloud-based platform that will make it easier for departments to create, update, and manage their own signage content using standardized templates and training resources.

Getting Started

  1. Request signage access or support through the IT Service Center.
  2. Complete onboarding and review Rise Vision training materials once available.
  3. Create and maintain your department’s signage content using approved templates and guidance.
